Good Afternoon crafty friends! Today I would like you to meet Witchelly from Stampers Delights.
Isn't she the cutest?
I colored her, the sentiment, and cauldron with alcohol markers and colored her with the classic witch colors. I then used some Halloween card to make a background and border.
