Lets Make Waves

 Hi there my crafty friends! Today I want you to meet Lets Make Waves from Stampers Delights.

Isn't she perfect?

I used alcohol markers to color her and used a blue the same color of her hair for the first layer. I then used ink for the background of the image. Finally I stuck everything down and finished the card.
